Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible to both our customers and our local suppliers. Please review the terms below.

1. Cancellation by the Customer (Standard Policy)

✨ FLEXIBLE EXCEPTION: Many of our specific tours and transfers offer a highly flexible cancellation policy (e.g., Free cancellation up to 24 or 48 hours before departure). If a tour features this flexible policy, it will be explicitly stated on the specific tour’s page. In such cases, the specific tour’s policy will override the standard terms below.

For all other bookings without a specific flexible badge, the standard cancellation fees apply as follows:

For Day Tours & Transportation:

  • More than 3 days before departure: Fully refunded (minus any bank transaction fees).
  • 1 to 3 days before departure: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
  • Less than 1 days (24 hours) or No-Show: 100% of the total cost will be charged (No refund).

For Overnight Cruises & Multi-day Packages:

  • More than 15 days before departure: Fully refunded (minus any bank transaction fees).
  • 7 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
  • Less than 7 days or No-Show: 100% of the total cost will be charged (No refund).
